The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Finance to...

• Own the quarterly forecasting for Supply Chain overhead, clearly establishing the relevant business needs and aligning on forecast changes with key stakeholders
• Perform monthly financial close processes for Supply Chain overhead
  • Review, analyze, and present monthly results and explain variances vs forecast
  • Consolidate and distribute month-end close package for Global Supply Chain
  • Prepare documentation and schedules as required by auditors
  • Prepare factbook schedules in support of quarterly earnings calls
• Oversee annual Long-Range Plan (LRP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) forecast processes
• Partner with Strategic Costing, Production, and Inventory Management teams to understand and anticipate key drivers of Tapestry's Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Gross Margin
• Clearly communicate any potential financial risks or opportunities to the brand teams
• Continually evaluate and revise established policies and procedures as needed
• Support distribution network studies and other special projects

The accomplished individual will possess...

• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Budgeting / forecasting experience, with an emphasis on building driver-based forecasts
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• ERP (SAP S/4 HANA) and Oracle PBCS experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, challenge conventions, and provide solutions in ambiguous and changing situations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leading to recommendations for action
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships across all levels
