• Manages financial analysis, budgets, forecasts, and risks & opportunities to support business goals and decisions for the Light Commercial business.
• Develop and provide finance project management, leadership, and support for new product introductions and initiatives impacting the Light Commercial, DLS/VRF, and Replacement Components businesses.
• Prepare and develop working capital forecasting models and analysis for the Light Commercial, DLS/VRF, and Replacement Component businesses.
• Other types of support and analysis may include but are not limited to, sales & margin analysis, orders & backlog analysis, product cost analysis, program financials, business unit flash reporting, presentations, and ongoing analysis to support senior management requests.
• Provide support to the business unit CFO and General Manager including monthly forecast and risks & opportunities templates, annual business plans, regular FP&A analysis, and periodic reporting requests.
• Support and enhance FP&A's reporting package and process with attention to reporting accuracy and detail.
• Support the NA RLCS Finance department in its Carrier Way objectives.

Education:

• BA/BS degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting

• MA/MS with 3+ years of experience
