Who we are
The North American FP&A team (~13 professionals) has the vision of “Becoming the go to team for developing and leading the NA strategies while supporting key initiatives throughout the organization with data insights, Analysis and thought partnership”
2022 team priorities include;
Hit the numbers - maintain a clear line of sight to performance trends and impact to forecast
Forecast visibility and accuracy - est. KPIs, analyze performance against and identify decisive actions, contingency plan for downside
Drive direct and indirect productivity and profitability improvements
Build the team, talent and culture we need to deliver the vision and achieve goals, defining our reorged team/culture/goals
What you will do
In this role you will take ownership of subscription revenue modeling and business unit budgeting
You will support, approve and analyze pricing and promotion decisions
You will be responsible for preparing and distributing weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports, and work closely with our Data Science team to ensure data quality
You will analyze and provide insights to the business and working closely with accounting to ensure accuracy during month end close (including cash flow models)
Success in the first 12 - 18 months involves gaining a deep understanding of the Weight Watchers business model, building strong relationships with the team, increasing accuracy of revenue models, standardizing Canadian and US revenue models, etc.
Who you are
BS/BA Degree and track record of strong academic performance, with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience
Strong Excel capabilities
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Adept at working under pressure and within short time constraints
Independent and proactive work style with inquisitive demeanor
Superior communications (both written and verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills
