Role Summary
The Manager - FP&A ensures the timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual budget and forecast and ensures all deadlines are met.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Create and maintain financial analysis and trend reports related to actuals, forecasts, budgets
• Consolidate monthly, quarterly, annual financial reporting requirements for forecasts and budgets
• Manage Budget and Forecast files
• Manages Monthly, Quarterly and Year End Deliverables for Magna International
• Take on any other special assignments as assigned by management

• Work with other functions & regions on common reporting goals
• Responsible for confidential information
• Some travel, including potential globally, may be required

Education - Bachelor's or Masters in Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. CPA or MBA preferred
Experience/Special Knowledge/Skills

• At least 3+ years of public accounting, corporate accounting, or finance experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met.

• Must possess exceptional communication skills, oral and written
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills along with a strong sense of time management and problem solving abilities

Qualifications Cont.

• Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while under pressure of deadlines and provide a high degree of accuracy
• Must be a team player, highly motivated, experienced in working with a high degree of confidentiality, discretion and integrity in all aspects of the job
• Have the ability to interact effectively with all employee levels in a positive, cooperative, and productive manner
• Experience using HFM 11 or OneStream is preferred, but not required
• Strong degree of initiative and judgment

Physical Demands/ Work Environment- Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer, may require travel.
