Manager FP&A Accounting and Reporting

In this position you will manage general accounting functions and financial reporting activities of the monthly close. Meet tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities in a timely and accurate manner. Work directly with Engineering management to develop the Engineering business plan. Review and update PeopleSoft general ledger structure changes for HSBIIC and HSB Global Standards, and responsible for all NVision corporate and divisional financial statement pages for HSBIIC and HSBCT entities.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience
• CPA certification is desired
• 7+ years of Accounting experience is required
• Experience with PeopleSoft ERP
• General Accounting and Business Planning experience in a service or manufacturing environment

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong PC skills (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Working knowledge of PeopleSoft nVision and query tools.
• Organization skills
• Strong Time management skills
• Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
• Good analytical skills
