Job Description
As a Manager, FP&A at Achieve, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Achieve Resolution Business Unit. You will deep dive into daily business operations with key stakeholders to drive financial planning and track performance. You will be a key thought leader and provide actionable insights to drive business outcomes, ensuring transparency and enhancing decision-making for senior leadership. Your contributions will be vital in implementing business strategies effectively and aligning them with Achieve's operational goals and strategic vision.

What You'll Do

• Be the go-to financial partner for Achieve Resolution. Collaborate across functions to develop comprehensive short-term and long-range financial plans, ensuring alignment with Achieve's strategic goals.
• Develop and refine financial models that focus on revenue recognition and cost structures, ensuring accurate and reliable financial forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze financial data and KPIs, to identify signals of risks or opportunities for the business.
• Lead the creation of ad-hoc and detailed reports to provide actionable insights to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making and strategic direction.

Qualifications
What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in either financial planning and analysis, investment banking, management consulting, or a similar finance function; Big 4 experience is a plus.
• BA/BS in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Strong foundational skills in financial modeling and analysis with an attention to detail.
• Experience in supporting project management tasks, maintaining confidentiality and integrity throughout.
• Background in Operations Finance, Business Operations, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to quickly respond to changing business needs and complex business environments.
• A critical thinker who can investigate financial models and offer thoughtful insights and improvements.

Salary Range: $118,000 to $132,000 annually + bonus + benefits.
