Manager, Full Stack Developer
Job Description
K2 Integrity is seeking a Manager, Full Stack Developer for our Agile Technologies team based out of New York City. Agile Technologies is responsible for developing and enhancing critical and time sensitive applications for our clients, both internally and externally. Interacting directly with senior management and key stakeholders, our team takes ideas and builds solutions from prototype to product.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to projects that require sophisticated data analysis, applying state-of-the-art methods; perform ad-hoc analysis and provide data driven solutions.
- Work with senior management to interpret project requirements, develop action plans, and set milestones.
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes.
- Build required infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various data sources.
- Build analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insight into key business performance metrics.
- Assemble large, complex sets of data that meet non-functional and functional business requirements.
- Identify new and discrete data elements needed for any chosen metrics.
- Assist team with system assessments and process development.
- Collect specifications for project implementation and a complete workflow setup.
- Evaluate technology for use in developing new applications.
- Refine and extract key features from data using programming technologies; collect, analyse, and structure data using cutting edge concepts and techniques to create appropriate data sets and data representation models.
- Perform data analysis and create visualizations that can provide insights about the data and help make informed decisions.
- Assist in the automation to optimize business processes.
- Assist in the development of new software applications that can be used with current process and any new solution offerings.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and provide solutions as needed.
- Work with stakeholders including data, design, product, and executive teams, assisting them with data-related technical issues.
- Develop timelines, delegate tasks, and set priorities for direct reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science or related field; or equivalent experience in data science and/or management,
- Ability to organize complex and financial data in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert knowledge of SQL with a strong understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Able to adapt quickly to new functional areas and/or concepts and to changing and/or competing priorities.
- Proven strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and deliverables, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing projects while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Ability to effectively communicate to both technical and non-technical users.
- Strong proficiency with other Microsoft applications (Power Point, Access, Visio, Word).
- Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, look-up functions, VBA, etc).

Minimum Salary: $100,000 | Maximum Salary: $130,000
