Manager, GDWM / Digital Client Partner Experience (DCPX) Implementation
Lead the development and implementation of GDWM and DCPX tactical change management strategies in the field. Oversee the Regional Directors to foster continuous engagement with teams ensuring the alignment of shared goals. Drive consistency of execution across a portfolio of initiatives. Embed change practices to address resistance and manage expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the requirements, project scope, and the desired business outcomes for the GDWM and DCPX implementation efforts which require Regional Director engagement. Ensure expectations are communicated clearly.
- Lead Regional Directors through each phase of a project, including technical configuration, testing, kick-offs, training, go-live, and post-launch adoption campaigns.
- Conduct change assessment in the field by anticipating impediments, collecting partner and client feedback, and defining and documenting impacts. Determine the best approach for addressing obstacles.
- Provide visibility into roadmap sequencing and partner role change management requirements.
- Review metrics to uncover opportunities for continuous improvement. Identify resource needs, perform quality reviews, and escalate scope, quality, experiential, and timeline issues appropriately.
- Lend subject matter expertise on GDWM to construct and facilitate the training curriculums which build partner competency. Assess organizational readiness to exhibit new skills.
- Work internally across a matrixed organization to maintain superior stakeholder relationships. Deploy Regional Director outreach and engagement efforts to leverage the expertise of client facing partners.
- Participate in the creation of repeatable processes that will scale to manage concurrent implementations the Regional Directors will support.
- Measure and communicate the results of Regional Director engagement by preparing status reports and gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information in a clear and organized manner.
Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively across practices, and among partners of varying technical and business backgrounds, including the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to end users.
- Experience with the GDWM methodology, including GPS platform navigation proficiency.
- Proven ability to synthesize data and information in a concise way and interpret it to inform future strategy.
