We are seeking Manager to join the Developer Relations team under the Developer Enablement Group. You will lead Global DevRel team focused on CI/CD, GitHub and Observability Run support. As the ideal candidate, you have deep understanding and hands-on experience of building modern CI/CD pipeline and Cloud deployment. You would also lead a Global Developer Relations team that builds relationships with and provide onboarding support to our growing product engineers. You have knowledge of modern engineering best practices and are in tune with industry trends. You are comfortable in an agile environment and know how to build highly effective teams. Most of all, you can inspire a team to do great things.

Responsibilities:• Manage high performance, modern agile engineering teams• Drive design and implementation of tools and applications for automated support system• Regularly communicate and collaborate across various functions including engineers, architects, product
owners, and product managers• Proactively removes roadblocks to your team's progress and empower your team to be successful at
releasing quality software, often, and with confidence• Build and foster a high-performance culture, mentoring team members, and providing your team with the
tools and motivation to make things happen• Ensure internal development teams using our platform are supported through standard methodologies,
documentation, and productivity tools

Qualifications:• 1- 3 years managing teams of engineers with focus on CI/CD pipelines, Cloud deployment, DevOps with strong developer advocacy experience• BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field• You have built high performing engineering teams with diverse skillset, attracting good talent• You have demonstrated experience in adapting and improving engineering best practices (e.g. test-driven development, continuous delivery, scrum practices, automation, Maintainable and testable code etc.)• Excellent interpersonal skills; you can explain a complex technical issue in such a way that most people could understand
