About the Team
The Global Enablement team is a driver of change - we help our GTM teams execute through a programmatic, data-driven approach. We are responsible for preparing and empowering our bobbers to become bob champions and trusted advisors, driving new business, adoption and growth to our customer village.
About the Role
We're looking for an organized and communicative leader for our GTM Field Enablement team. The ideal candidate will lead a team responsible for developing and executing on a world-class enablement strategy to drive new behaviors and reinforce the core competencies of our Global GTM Organization.
You are a proven leader who will work with your team to set goals and drive measurable impact. The ideal candidate is action-oriented and energized by the opportunity to build an organization and process in collaboration with partners across Sales, CS, Product, Partnerships, and Marketing.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enablement with at least 2 years in a people management capacity.
  • Experience working in global SaaS environments.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. Team-oriented and empathetic.
  • Leverage data and has a strong experience in assessing business metrics to identify productivity gaps (and solutions) alongside our program managers, developing a robust analysis of enablement initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience, with a track record of creating alignment with cross-functional teams and delivering quality products within tight timeframes.
  • Proven history of managing and implementing successful change initiatives.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a bonus.
