The Role:
BCW is looking for a Manager of Global L&D to lead the Program Management function across the agency. The ideal candidate will bring strong program/project management experience coupled with a creative, entrepreneurial and flexible mindset.
Reporting to the Global Chief Learning Officer, the Manager of Global L&D will contribute to the creation and deployment of innovative programs that support employee growth and development in meaningful ways that enhance both the caliber and cultural satisfaction of our talent across the agency.
This is an opportunity to support a wide variety of learning and development initiatives and help to shape the direction of a newly created learning function at BCW.
What is the work:
- Broad operational support for all learning and organization development initiatives
- Create structure and organization for multiple workstreams
- Surface and recommend solutions for competing priorities/calendar conflicts
- Formulate/implement a process for organizing team documents and resources
- Track budgets and project plans
- Project manager for LMS implementation
- Oversee execution of product roadmap and implementation plan
- Manage governance, milestones, deliverables
- Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional BCW team and with external partners and WPP
- Support BCW's Global L&D Council
- In partnership with BCW's SVP of L&D, collaborate with council members across BCW's global footprint to identify and create learning journeys by mapping existing training content to career paths
- Partner with BCW's corporate communications team on branding and communication of all offerings
- Program and project management support for newly created management and leadership development programs
- Partner with IDEA team to ensure philosophical and practical integration with L&D
- Co-lead LMS platform admin duties globally
- Track learning data, provide analysis and reporting
- Manage global learning calendars
- Upload and manage learning catalogues and all related content
Experience that contributes to your success:
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Instructional design experience
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) as well as Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
- Desire to work in a diverse and inclusive organization as an active participant in culture initiatives, training opportunities and employee resource groups

In New York City, the base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $70,000.00 to $140,000.00. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
