We are a results-driven accounting team looking for another high-performer to help us drive scale Global Payroll processes and procedures.
As the Payroll Manager, you'll have a tremendously impactful role of day to day execution over the payroll, 401k, and benefits administration and accounting for the Company. In addition, you’ll be participating in refining processes to support a high-growth company that is expanding internationally and preparing for public company readiness. What You Will Do- You’ll lead the US and international payroll transformation initiatives, including automation and building for scale and efficiency across multiple international regions and functions
- You’ll coordinate cross-functionally to design and implement scalable and efficient processes to support a growing Company
- You’ll oversee global payroll processing including variable compensation
- You’ll administer payroll and related systems and optimize configurations to maximize scalability and employee experience
- You’ll ensure compliance at both domestic federal, state, and internal level including payroll tax & state registration compliance for remote and all workforce
- You’ll Ensure the proper documentation, record-keeping, and accounting for all payroll and related equity transactions including audit and ad-hoc project support
- You’ll lead compliance with corporate and country-specific policies and procedures
- You’ll enforce compensation policies regarding approval guidelines and documentation
- You’ll lead internal controls design and implementation for payroll processes and systems
- You’ll Manage tax withholdings, remittance, and reportings for all equity transactions
- You’ll partner with Leave Administrator to ensure computation of pay is consistent and comprehensive with all eligible supplemental benefits
- You’ll coach, mentor, and develop existing payroll team
- You have a minimum of 8-years of payroll administration experience at a mature high-growth tech company with at least 1,000 employees
- You have experience with ADP and equivalent payroll including system implementation and design
- You have equity operational experience including stock options (ISO’s, NSO’s) and RSU’s as it relates to payroll processing. Equity administration a plus
- You have meticulous attention to detail
- You’ve got a keen focus on scale, end-to-end automation and evolving processes for scale and efficiency
- You possess excellent business-partnering and communication skills
