Key Responsibilities:

  • Dashboard Delivery: Manage the end-to-end process for production and delivery of our existing dashboard solutions, ensuring seamless and timely delivery.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their data visualization needs and translate them into actionable dashboard solutions.
  • Innovation and Development: Support the design and implementation of next-generation dashboard solutions designed to address specific client jobs to be done, enhancing user experience and value delivered.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various internal teams, including Data Processing, Advanced Analytics, and Survey Research, to ensure seamless integration of dashboard solutions into broader client projects.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and equipping the team with the skills necessary to excel in dashboard development using Forsta Visualizations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all dashboards meet high standards of accuracy, usability, and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 5-7 years of experience in data visualization, business intelligence, or dashboard development.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience using Forsta Visualizations (Dapresy) or a similar platform to produce dashboard deliverables.
  • Strong background in data analytics, with proven experience in transforming diverse data sets into insights-forward solutions.
  • Experience working in a client-facing role, preferably in a consulting or survey research environment strongly preferred.
