Manager, Global ZBB

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Oversight:
  • Lead the ZBB team in developing and maintaining ZBB budgets.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Budget Development and Management:
  • Collaborate with department heads to review and refine ZBB budgets.
  • Ensure that all budget submissions are supported by detailed justifications.
• Cost Analysis and Optimization:
  • Oversee detailed cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement advanced analytics tools for performance analysis.
• Financial Reporting:
  • Partner with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and variance analysis.
  • Analyse and interpret financial and operational data, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Process Improvement:
  • Continuously improve and streamline ZBB processes and tools.
  • Automate data consolidation and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
