The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
The Area: Go-to-Market
The GTM team at Moloco defines, designs, and executes on the commercial strategy for the company. The team is responsible for identifying, sizing, and segmenting the opportunity, determining how our sales and business development teams go after it, and enabling them to be successful at doing so. We are alums from top consulting companies, mobile disruptors, big tech, and ad tech leading organizations, and we optimize for growth for each of us and for the company - we value continuous innovation, operational excellence, and effective cross-functional partnerships. Â
The Opportunity:
- Translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations through sophisticated analysis and modeling
- Own and maintain Moloco’s 2 year strategic growth plan, with regular progress updates to C-suite
- Lead complex, strategic deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities to grow revenue, profitability, market penetration, customer retention, sales productivity and more
- Design and build reports, dashboards and tools to give GTM and sales teams visibility into key business metrics and improve productivity
How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
- BA/BS degree in a quantitative area, such as economics, computer science, mathematics, or statistics, or equivalent applied experience
- 6+ years of quantitative analysis experience in tech, finance, marketing, consulting or similar
- Extensive experience working on high-level strategic projects and presenting to senior executives
- Expertise in working with large datasets, with strong spreadsheet and database query knowledge (e.g. Excel, SQL)
- Statistics expertise and packages like R, Stata etc
- Proven track record with data visualization platforms such as Looker, Tableau and Data Studio
- Proven track record of creating easy-to-use, actionable dashboards, reports and tools
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and teams
- Bonus Points:Â
- Previous experience in the mobile and/or startup space

Base Compensation Range: [Min $145,040] - [Max $210,000]
In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.
