Grow you career as a Manager- Group Service within Apple Leisure Group. The Manager of Group Service oversees multiple group service pods and strives to ensure the team provides superior customer service at all times. The role requires the team member to make certain team members are reaching weekly KPI metrics and works closely with the Group Service Director and Team Leads to grow & develop our team of group service specialists. Lastly, the Manager of Group Service must help lead the team through escalated cases and opportunities.

A successful Manager- Group Service will:

  • Strive to grow both B2B & B2C business by building rapport and providing outstanding customer service
  • Lead multiple service pods by developing & coaching team members and ensuring team is on track to exceed established weekly KPIs
  • Ensure team workload is distributed equally & that all phases of the group service process are on track at all times
  • Own & close escalated cases and ensure the teams make the learnings greater than the experience
  • Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by leader

Requirements:

*This position is able to be fully remote*

  • High School Diploma/equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of customer service experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of tools - Excel, Word, TEAMS & PowerPoint
  • Experience utilizing CRM tools to help manage business
  • Ability to work with team members in both an office & work at home environment
  • Maintain focus & energy in fast-paced group environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication
