Title: Manager, Growth Program Sales

Reports to: Team Lead, Growth Program SalesÂ
The Role:Â
The Manager, Growth Program Sales will be responsible for, coaching and helping the Team Lead to manage a team of highly talented Client Partners in reaching and exceeding sales revenue quotas, while building strategies for new logo acquisition and retention. This unique role will be integral in helping identify and shape this newly formed team and go-to-market sales strategy. The role will develop forward-thinking, repeatable sales tactics and processes while helping the sales team exceed sales quotas. As a sales manager responsible for a significant part of LTK’s growth, this person will collaborate closely with other parts of the business (product, marketing, operations, finance). Â
Key Responsibilities:Â
- Manage and coach a team of 6-10 consultative sellers in driving new customer acquisition and retention
- Support the Growth Programs Team Lead in building processes and playbooks to effectively prospect, pitch and manage new business opportunitiesÂ
- Support a team of sellers in generating a deep, quality pipeline of prospective brand partners, and effectively managing all leads
- Motivate and coach team to exceed sales quotas
- Support the Team Lead in coordinating and managing weekly team and 1:1 pipeline reviews, and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvementÂ
- Work closely with extended Brand Platform team, including Marketing, Sales Enablement, Strategic Program Sales, Operations, Product and Finance
- Join all C-level client pitches and meetingsÂ
- Support the creation of data-driven client presentationsÂ
- Properly forecast and efficiently allocate resources to drive profitable business results
- Prioritize leads and existing clients based on revenue potential
- Provide support for escalations and participate directly in complex sales situations and negotiations
- Effectively communicate sales strategies and areas of growth to the Team Lead and VP of Sales
- Ensure high-quality customer experience while building C-level relationships
- Strong bias for action and ability to seize opportunity, problem solve, coordinate, and manage numerous projects and schedules simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional environment
- Be a cultural and motivational leader in the organization and demonstrate a leadership style that is competitive, upbeat, and motivates others to reach their goals
- Collaborate with other teams, including other business unit GMs, marketing, product, customer success, finance, and operations, and contribute to the company's go-to-market strategy and execution
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate or influencer marketing space
- 8+ years of sales experience driving sales and platform revenue across digital media, ecommerce and/or technology
- 2+ years of experience in people management
- Influencer / creator marketing experience highly preferred
- Proven history of over achievement vs. targets as individual and people manager
- Proficient in Hubspot/Salesforce (or similar CRM tool)
- Experience in the e-commerce or technology space preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is required
