The Manager of GTM Onboarding, as part of the GTM Enablement and Onboarding team, is critical to the continued growth and success of ClickUp. In this role you will work directly with new hires helping to onboard and train them. You'll also work with executives and stakeholders across the company partnering with them to ensure all GTM Team members are trained and equipped to excel in their given positions. We are creating a best-in-industry onboarding experience that will delight every new hire who goes through it, prepare them to "crush it" in their role, and speed time to ramp to help significantly increase revenue!
 
The Role: 
 
Create and run onboarding trainings and events including but not limited to:
  • Onboarding process development and program design
  • Creating onboarding content for live and in-person sessions
  • Designing and writing written, interactive, and video trainings for asynchronous learning
  • Teaching and shaping sales strategy
  • Teaching live virtual and in-person courses
  • Writing & sending onboarding communications
  • Collaborate with leaders and executives about sales strategies & priorities
  • Constantly update and push program boundaries to improve the onboarding experience
  • Evaluate survey, sales, and other data sources to identify patterns and areas of improvement. Develop business cases and plans to implement suggested improvements based on data.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years quota carrying sales role experience
  • Proactive (comes with suggestions, solutions, what they've tried)
  • Self-starter (status updates)
  • Problem solver (due diligence to find info)
  • Great communicator, brings people along
  • Team player - always willing to lend a hand!
  • Organized, good workflow
  • Good written and oral communication skills
