Guild is hiring for a Manager, GTM Finance to help build out robust and agile finance and business planning operations so we can continue to rapidly scale.
In this role, you will support forecasting and planning, business insights, evaluate deal economics and participate in company goal-setting along with strategic finance analyses. You’ll form relationships across the organization, working with internal stakeholders, including various senior leaders in our GTM (go-to-market) organization. This role will be involved in day-to-day execution of the finance team’s operational processes, and be a strategic business partner to senior leaders across Guild helping connect our strategy to execution.
As a Manager, GTM Finance you will:
- Own components of Guild’s operating budget model, which we utilize to forecast revenue, plan headcount, cash flow etc
- Partner closely with various teams (Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Solutions Design) as we evaluate upcoming deals and determine profitability
- Partner with Sales leadership and Revenue Operations on planning and modeling sales performance, target setting and resourcing
- Deeply understand deal economics for the deals that move through our Employer Partnerships sales pipeline
- Manage, mentor and coach an Analyst
- Provide key inputs to the monthly/quarterly close packages for our Board of Directors, investors, and senior management to ensure key decision makers are equipped with valid insights
- Leverage knowledge of deal economics and partner with leadership to set department and company-wide annual and quarterly quantitative goals as part of Guild’s ongoing goal-setting process (OKRs)
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to analyze business and performance trends to provide actionable insights to leadership and department leads

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
- 4-6+ years of relevant work experience in a corporate finance, revenue ops, GTM, consulting function (or related)
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate in SQL along with deep familiarity of BI tools including Looker and Tableau
- Ability to work independently, readily adapt to and lead through a constantly evolving environment
- Proven expertise managing, evaluating and analyzing data quickly along with creating meaningful business reporting
- You can distill and communicate complex topics broadly to a wide range of partners
- You have sharp attention to detail with a natural feel for numbers and data, and have a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- You have a positive attitude with a can-do, service-oriented mentality
- You have strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks at once

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $115,000 - $145,000, as well as company stock options.
