The Role:
As the Manager of Health Solutions Implementation you will be a strategic partner to our rapidly growing business. Your work will be instrumental in driving implementation of League's Health Solutions and ensuring the successful integration of these solutions within our clients organization.
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact between our internal stakeholders and select clients in driving optimal content and marketing implementations based on client needs.
This role involves project management, client relationship management, and technical coordination to achieve seamless implementation and client satisfaction. You will build, nurture, and grow business relationships with internal stakeholders and our clients.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about our mission, creative in driving business value and capable of operating with a high comfortability in an ambiguous environment.
What you will do:
- Project Management & Delivery:
- Lead the implementation of high-complexity health solutions launches (related to content and marketing communications), ensuring alignment with the larger implementation plans and client commitments.
- Act with a business owner mindset, evaluating the success of key initiatives and making the key decisions to drive growth
- Work cross-functionally to launch projects related to new product offerings that support content within the defined workstream. (Teams include: product, engineering, data, content and marketing configuration, within others)
- Define clear workstream requirements, breaking down complex projects into manageable components that deliver measurable business value.
- Act with a business owner mindset, making the key decisions to manage commitments while ensuring solutions are integrated successfully with client to drive expected goals
- Drive key conversations with clients on engagement solutions orchestrated by League. Leverage feedback to optimize solutions
- Complex Data Analysis & Decision Making:
- Utilize complex data structures to inform implementation decisions and provide actionable recommendations to clients and leadership around implementation
- Cross-reference issues with internal and external factors to ensure informed decision-making
About you:
- A highly organized individual with a track record of delivering multiple complex initiatives on time, at the same time, within the defined expectations and with clear communication
- 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role with a focus on project leadership
- Clinical expertise and/or credential (RN, RD, etc) is a strong plus, not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence decision makers without direct authority
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to cross-reference issues and provide well-informed recommendations. You have an organized, analytical mind and can overcome challenges, in a thoughtful and meaningful way
- Analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Expertise on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ideally you have experience on the Health Space and/or consultant with SaaS and/or health industry
- A plus if you are a licensed health professional (RN, PA, NP, PharmD, RD, etc) with a strong history working in direct patient care AND also has worked in non direct patient care areas supporting the broader healthcare landscape.
- A plus if you have experience on content management and marketing on a health space

CANADA APPLICANTS ONLY: The Canada-specific compensation range below for this full-time position is exclusive of bonus, equity and benefits. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for base salaries for the position across all Canadian locations. Where in the band you may land is determined by job-related skills/experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range specific to your skills and experience during the hiring process.

$77,400—$116,200 CAD
