We're hiring a Manager Hispanic Market Development!

About this position

The Manager of Hispanic Market Development will partner with the Director to develop and execute a strategic growth plan for emerging Hispanic markets using a grassroots business approach to work with field industry leaders and recruit them to Plexus. You will represent a blend of sales, customer service, analytical, and leadership skills. The Manager of Hispanic Market Development will be responsible for project coordination, reviewing training tools for Plexus Hispanic markets, communication/training with the field on new tools/ incentives, and field education on company initiatives. You will be vital in developing new initiatives to engage the field to increase our retention, sales, customer acquisition, and rank advancements. The Manager of Hispanic Market Development will interface and partner with our Ambassador field, Communications department, Events department, Marketing department, and International department to consistently provide tools that support growth.

What you'll do

  • You're responsible for partnering with the Director of the Hispanic Market and team to develop and drive strategic direction for the Hispanic Market's growth plan. Growth Plan includes Overall Sales for Hispanic Markets, Customer Acquisition (Recruiting), Retention, and Rank advancements.
  • You organize, execute, and Attend Hispanic events, conference calls, training, opportunity events, digital events, and any other as needed by the business.
  • You achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly metrics designated for your area of responsibility.
  • You partner with the Data Analytics team to develop specific reports, dashboards, and measurements for Plexus and designated areas of responsibility.
  • You analyze regional data and develop recommendations for growth on a monthly & quarterly basis. Provide MTD & Summary to the Director of Hispanic Market.
  • You build a high degree of trust and relationship with field leadership. Influence leaders through skillful questions, active listening, exemplary coaching, and detailed training.
  • You help identify, create, and develop Spanish Core tools required in the field to work with marketing and third-party translators to adapt/translate/transcript documents and adjust them to fit the market needs.
  • You identify opportunity areas within the various projects and streamline the process for resolution.

You should have

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor's Degree in Business, communications, or a related field.
  • You have five years of related experience and training.
  • You have demonstrated relationship and collaboration skills and experience partnering across multiple business segments.
  • You can sell and coach others to generate leads and build Business. Direct Sales/MLM industry preferred.
  • You're confident, enthusiastic, articulate, confident, and persuasive.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You can naturally engage and build rapport with customers, Ambassadors, and team members.
  • You can work in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment.
  • You have an understanding of and ability to execute dashboards and reports.
