We are building a Leadership Development team at Meesho . The team will focus on equipping leaders with the skills, behaviors, and experiences they need to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The team will work on creating robust programs that align with organizational goals and drive business impact through leadership excellence.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic professional with experience designing Leadership Development Programs. This role requires a problem-first mindset, user-first approach, and strong stakeholder management. You will shape leadership journeys and help define success profiles for key roles in a fast-growing organization.

What you will do

• Design, the leadership development programs for senior and emerging leaders of Meesho. You will closely work with the senior leadership team for design of the programs.
• Implement, and evaluate Leadership Development Programs aligned with Meesho’s unique leadership needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the unique needs from the program.
• Drive innovative learning solutions leveraging technology, data insights, and industry best practices.
• Manage partnerships with external consultants and vendors for program execution.
• Analyze program effectiveness and measure ROI on leadership development initiatives.

What you will need

• 3-4 years of experience designing and managing Leadership Development Programs.
• Proven experience in Leadership Development(directly with consulting firms or worked with them) and stakeholder management.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
