Manager HR Global Operations

The HR Manager will be responsible for all HR matters acting as Business partner to the Botevgrad Site General Manager.

General Responsibilities
• Provides advice on issues, including but not limited to; benefits, payroll, and general policy and procedures
• Provides advice to departmental managers to assess employment needs, and participates in recruiting efforts to identify, interview, hire and train qualified candidates
• Develops department goals, objectives and systems
• Identifies and is involved in the creation and implementation of updated processes, and makes any recommendations to the company based on findings
• Keeps abreast with employment, state and local regulations and communicates impact to HR management
Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
• Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
