What You’ll Do for Us:

  • Devise & deliver ad hoc research projects using wide variety of methods & protocols from brief to conclusions for diverse business, marketing and consumer insight problems that are both structured & unstructured, selecting and working with a range of vendors
  • Contribute to development of category learning plans
  • Champion the voice of the consumer to stakeholders focusing on business questions, leveraging the value of the human narrative versus a sole focus on numbers and pure marketing research
  • Discover, define, and deliver actionable insights for any project (from positioning through to shopper/in-store).
  • Extract and organize analytics data and provide reporting and commentary
  • Support Brand & Creative teams in uncovering, articulating, and using consumer insights to drive strategy & creative briefs
  • Apply disciplines of Behavioral Science, Trends & Future-Back Thinking, Cultural Analysis, Segmentation, Rituals.
  • Work with large amounts of data, quantitative and qualitative insight, iterate with research and technology vendors to address business questions 
  • Multi-task and manage multiple projects at any given time
  • Be a strategic insight partner to multiple stakeholders effectively, collaborating and influencing effectively in a networked organization to deliver project goals
  • Contribute to the culture of the Human Insight EU team

Qualifications & Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, Analysis, Shopping insights, preference for additional Marketing, Innovation, Experience.
  • Ability to leverage different market research techniques, insight approaches, trends in industry, passive data streams, neuro techniques and consumer co-creation to conduct holistic analysis to answer business questions.
  • Proven Knowledge of key research tools, including innovative and agile ways to answer questions, focusing on how insights will be activated
  • Ability to translate technical / market research information into compelling & simple business implications
  • Strong self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, able to work with evolving briefs business context
  • Ability to effectively communicate and decomplexify the learnings into simple and clear messages and recommendations/actions
  • Collaborate with team and key stakeholders and ensure alignment
  • Proven agile and flexible mindset/attitude to easily and smoothly coordinate several projects at same time and find the best solutions to address the needs
  • Ability to leverage the power of storytelling, present insights effectively and answer questions credibly
