THE ROLEThe Manager, Human Resources will administer and execute many of the Human Resources programs for The MLC. The scope will be broad to lead and support HR Administration (payroll, time & attendance, onboarding, etc..), compensation & benefits, first-level investigations, compliance training and leading assigned projects. This role will work with the Chief People Officer and People team to handle day-to-day responsibilities as well as create new ways to further promote the culture.
