Manager, Identity & Access Management

The Manager of Identity & Access Management leads and oversees the Identity & Access Management program at Allied Solutions to enable authorized users, customers, and third parties to gain access to the information they need in the manner and at the time in which they need it. This role is accountable for the development, delivery, and support of enterprise IAM products and services throughout the identity lifecycle.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage an Identity & Access Management Team (60%)

• Develop goals for team members
• Monitor and adjust/correct goal trajectory
• Coach team members
• Monitor and report on team performance
• Resolve conflict within and/or affecting the team
• Effectively communicate with team
• Effectively delegate tasks to team
• Provide team with effective decision-making
• Develop and build team camaraderie
• Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates for open positions
• Train team and develop & maintain team skills

Manage Identity & Access Management Services & Projects (40%)

• Create and/or sponsor new projects
• Monitor and report on the status of projects
• Manage applicable project risks
• Estimate, track, and report on project budget
• Collaborate effectively with project teams
• Identify and design new services within area scope
• Ensure current services are delivering value at or above requirements
• Create and implement processes and process improvement
• Estimate, track, and report on service budget
• Evaluate and report on service compliance
• Create, maintain, and communicate service development roadmap
• Evaluate and implement improvements to service delivery

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred
• 5+ years of directly related work experience required
• 5+ years of managerial experience required
• One or more of the following certifications:
  • Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
