Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Manager - IDS to support business continuity through system availability, ensure risk mitigation through life cycle management activities, and drive continuous service improvements (2.5%). Assess approval/review cycle process for documentation and change requests (IT and business) and enable service management process development (15%). Provide application maintenance and support process analysis for scientific data platform aligned to product research and development data strategy (15%). Establish product management foundations - work with product owner, platform and vendor teams to define and implement agile service management process for automated data capture platform (10%). Identify internal & external customer requirements and develop solutions to meet product research and development applications needs. Drive solutions for products, processes, and services across a large business area (5%). Drive continuous improvement of products, processes, and services (2.5%). Enhance business intelligence & cloud technology capabilities and adoption at Lilly to provide business with the solutions that will enable faster medicine development through process efficiencies, productivity gains and insights from data standardization (50%).

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of experience in Information Technology or related, or, alternatively, a Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, and 3 years of experience in Information Technology or related. Experience with Business process, information security requirements, data integrity and information technology architecture standards. Experience with GAP analysis and documenting remediation plan. Experience with reviewing all SDLC documents, protocols and SOP'S. 3 years of experience as a technical lead with hands on solutions experience, functional and technical design person. Experience working on projects using Agile and/or DevOps. Telecommuting permitted: Up to 2 times per week (must live in Indianapolis metro area due to requirement to be on-site weekly).
