What you'll do...

What you'll do...

• Manage inventory management process and strategy improvement for assigned group of departments by evaluating and identifying factors that impact department and item performance; analyze opportunities and gaps; develop solutions to address opportunities and gaps; recommend system settings that support the department strategy and align to business plans and financial goals; collaborate with key stakeholders to gain alignment for recommendations.
• Address complex business problems by working with large, messy, disparate datasets and conduct analyses to quickly inform critical business decisions. Develop metrics to monitor and quantify the impact of changes. In-depth investigation of key drivers
• Manage inventory health processes and analytical models then measure the results of impact by collaborating with leadership at category or department level with recommendations for model and process change for a category or department only; partner with key stakeholders to implement processes and tools; make recommendations for improvements to process and tools based on results in category group or department.
• Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identify and communicate goals and objectives; build accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identify and address improvement opportunities.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, hiring and training, and ensuring diversity awareness.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilize and support the Open Door Policy and provide direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.
