Manager II, Product Management- Luminate Platform

About Data Ventures:
Data Ventures exists to unlock the full value of Walmart's data by developing and productizing B2B data initiatives that empower merchants and suppliers to make better, faster decisions for the business. As part of this transformation, we're seeking entrepreneurial individuals to help drive data productization from concept to deployment.
Responsibilities:

• Driving and executing the roadmap for enterprise platform initiatives
• Conducting competitive/market analysis to identify product opportunities and ensure long-term product success
• Partnering with cross functional stakeholders to determine new areas of opportunities that will further improve the product and determine their key success indicators
• Working closely with product designers and engineering teams to turn a product vision to reality
• Organizing the sprints, prioritizing the product backlog, and providing clarity around requirements to the product development group
• Regularly communicate your product development progress to the rest of the organization

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field and 2 years of work experience in Project Management, Product Management or Product Ownership, Consulting or related area
• 4 years of work experience in Product Management and with several products having been launched under your supervision
• Outcome driven approach to product management with the capability to work backwards from an ambiguous starting point by making use of quant data, product feedback, and organizational goals

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or Project/Program Management
• Strong understanding of software development Lifecyle and SCRUM framework
• Experience launching Enterprise / B2B tools
• Ability to distill and prioritize features from strategic roadmaps
• Excellent user story writing skills, user journey mapping, wireframing, and workflow diagrams
• Strong communication skills towards all levels and can breakdown technical platform information to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience in working directly with engineers, designers, and data analysts within your SCRUM ceremonies
• Ceaseless pursuit of marginal improvement within the product development groups you have been part of
