Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Microsoft Teams Senior UC Engineer whose primary role will be providing architectural support and infrastructure support to the management and infrastructure team for the Microsoft Teams environment. Since this role is geared towards a technical individual, the candidate should have most/all the required skills and experience in a wide range of technologies and not just Unified Communications. The position is responsible for the design, selection, implementation, integration, management, user experience and retirement of Collaboration and Communication technology. The position works closely with the IT team and business partners to deliver consistently excellent user experiences and technology experiences for our staff, members, and community.
What you'll bring
The ideal candidate should possess advanced Unified Communications knowledge. The position requires intermediate experience using Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Teams design and administration. Candidate must have good verbal and written communications skills as well as good customer service skills. Candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities and possess good analytical skills. The candidate should be a fast learner, self-sufficient, and have a logical thought process to carrying out tasks/projects. Although the role will be focused mainly on Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Cisco experience would be beneficial for integration between the three vendors.

Option 2: 5 years' experience in technology infrastructure engineering across areas such as compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization relatedtechnologies.

Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or related area. and 1 Year of relevant experience in configuration management, developing automation for Provisioning and Orchestration, experience developing and managing service-level objectives (SLOs)/service level indicators (SLIs) for Infrastructure Service availability and performance.
