About this position

The Manager, Incentives & Promotions will work with the Director of Business Development to develop and execute Incentives and Contests specific to Plexus Ambassadors. This position will aid in the development and execution of Ambassador-focused Incentives & Customer Promotions to drive sales and enrollments globally. This will include responsibility for competitive research and surveys on an ongoing basis. This position will also manage the logistics of the merchandise store at company events including managing new vendor partnerships, sourcing, budgeting, inventory management, and innovation.

What you'll do

• You will be responsible for developing Ambassador Incentives and promotions.
• You will partner with the Director, of Business Development to execute Ambassador Incentives and Contests from top to bottom.
• You will Create Campaigns to reflect the incentive through from concept to ROI reporting upon completion.
• You will oversee and conduct competitive research when needed with the completion of ongoing surveys.
• You will manage project tasks, logistics, and execution of monthly Ambassador Incentives.
• You will complete Creative Brief and work with respective teams to develop incentive elements.
• You will manage and lead Promotions and Incentives team members.
• You will ensure partnership with IT to complete thorough testing of promotion or incentive.
• You will ensure the distribution of the Promotion Brief to designated teams.
• You will manage requests & review data and present ROI results to the Director, of Business Development.
• You will lead the analysis process in post-promotion evaluations.
• You will understand and review the results of Surveys related to Incentives & Promotions.

You should have

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• You have 5 or more years of experience in incentives & promotions. Experience in the MLM industry is preferred.
• You have 2 years of direct people leadership
• You can anticipate obstacles, communicate effectively, and plan accordingly.
