About You

We're seeking an Influencer Growth Marketing Manager at Nutrafol to play a pivotal role in driving the launch of new product and supporting the expansion of our Men’s and Balance product lines. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to create and execute influencer strategies that resonate with our target audiences.

The successful candidate will have experience in growth marketing, talent management, and data & analytics, which they will harness to implement innovative influencer campaigns across multiple social platforms. This role is on our dedicated Influencer team within the Growth Marketing team and will report to the Director of Influencer Marketing


Responsibilities: 

  • Actively identify and cultivate new communities of influencers, landscape, and trends, as well as new channel expansion opportunities, to drive new customer acquisition and brand growth
  • Partner closely with Director of Influencer Marketing to manage and expand existing partnerships, leveraging performances insights, testing new platforms and verticals, and optimizing resources
  • Partner with Director of Influencer Marketing to create, manage and allocate budgets that drive revenue and maintain efficiency across all influencer partnerships and channels
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders & external influencers to develop, recommend, and execute paid influencer marketing campaigns
  • Identify, build and maintain working relationships with key influencers, including working toward streamlining contract negotiations 
  • Manage, vet, and build key relationships with dark posters and identify long-term celebrity opportunities that achieve upper-funnel content goals
  • Manage campaign analysis, looking at correlations between KPIs and test variables, including ER, CR, CPA, etc., across multiple campaigns
  • Enhance reporting and insight across campaigns by working with internal data and analytics team
  • Manage landing page and promo code creation and influencer order tracking
  • Support team members with tactical campaign execution, including integrity vetting, content approvals, pricing, negotiation, and other internal logistics

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience with consistent results, both qualitative and quantitative
  • 1+ years experience managing team members
  • In-depth industry knowledge of performance-based influencer marketing and social media, along with relevant tactical experience
  • Proven track record with influencer campaign strategy and execution
  • Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPA, CPM, CR & LTV)
  • Understanding of relevant business KPIs for subscription & e-commerce (CPA, CPM, CR, etc.)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Innovative & solutions-focused approach
  • Fluency in Excel (Microsoft Office) and proficient or fluent in Google Suite

Preferred:

  • Demonstrated background in e-commerce and/or subscription business models
  • Familiarity with Tableau, third-party analytics platforms, and media attribution tech/methodologies
Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
Salary Range:
$95,000—$110,000 USD
