As Manager, IT, you will assist the Senior Manager of IT with day-to-day IT Operations at Forward Financing.  This is a great role for a skilled technologist who wants to learn and improve skills related to running an IT department.

In this role you will:
  • Work with colleagues in IT and InfoSec to improve how we manage and protect our PC, Mac, and ChromeOS endpoints
  • Help make endpoints, networks, and SaaS software more secure by  implementing CIS Controls (v8)
  • Manage SaaS software, including integrations, automation, and security
  • Manage vendors, control costs, and track budgets
  • Improve, maintain, and work to automate inventory of software and hardware
  • Help various teams demo, pick, and buy new SaaS software
  • Assist in day-to-day user support as needed
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business or technical field
  • Familiarity with Mac and Windows operating systems, including managing them with MDM 
  • Background managing Google Workspaces or Office 365
Preferred skills:
  • Kandji and Jumpcloud experience
  • Experience managing SaaS tools (Atlassian, Slack, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Mac/Windows scripting 
  • Networking knowledge
