Your impact.

As an IT Manager, you will have an opportunity to lead a cross-functional team creating new experiences to deliver Joy to our members. You will own developing business solutions ensuring employees can do their job efficiently and effectively by leveraging technology solutions. You will lead a team using best fleet management and Infrastructure as Code practices to build a scalable Information Technology solution.

  • Lead a talented team of IT specialists.
  • Guide Technologists through planning, designing, engineering, delivery, and support, driving the day-to-day technical decisions within the service desk and cloud infrastructure space.
  • Own and continually improve the throughput and stability of corporate services.
  • Manage metrics for business services and team member performance.
  • Recruit, grow, and retain top talent.
  • Be the conduit between your team and business stakeholders.
  • Plan projects and set timelines for delivering new and updated business services.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations and escalations when needed.
  • Lead the first tier of incident response and tickets to other organizational teams.
  • Manage IT and conferencing equipment at headquarter locations.
Your experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Security or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of Information Technology.
  • 3+ years of managing teams of technologists on-site and remote.
  • Hands-on leadership experience going into the details for systems design, and support.
  • Hands-on experience mentoring team members.
  • Experience in leading technologists through technical impediments and business support.
