We have a rare opportunity for a Manager of Innovation, Product Mgmt., who will be reporting within the Digital Product Management organization. The successful candidate will be highly collaborative, technically savvy, and passionate about delivering impactful & innovative user experiences to customers.You will direct projects with a level of professionalism, confidence, and visionary ability to yield results. You will help imagine the art of the possible and partner across our global business units and the DT organization to shape and ultimately implement this vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be passionate about innovation, business transformation, and user-centric design - focus on the impact this has on individuals and the organization.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and able to forge a path to execution.
  • Build relationships across business organizations around the globe to identify and nurture a portfolio of innovative opportunities.
  • Support the alignment of digital strategies and leverage business & financial acumen to drive value.
  • interprets and contextualizes strategy for operational needs and develops specific artifacts such as business capability maps and value streams to help bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
  • Helps streamline and rationalize the IT enablement process.
  • Leverage industry, market, and technology trends to inform and share with working teams and business units.
  • Define and clearly communicate product roadmaps, key performance indicators, and measures of product success to stakeholders.
  • Influence stakeholders and gain consensus for product strategy and milestones, building visuals and other artifacts to assist key decision-making.
  • Utilize iterative design processes, prototype testing, user/consumer interviews, and user testing to support product innovation.
  • Collaborate with agile project teams on the design, development, and management of digital products and services, from concept through launch and adoption.

Basic Qualifications:
  • BA or a BS with 8+ years of experience in Information Technology; OR an Advanced degree with 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
  • US Citizenship is required due to government contracts.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated capability to make timely prioritization decisions to ensure projects meet critical business needs and timelines.
  • Demonstrated experience in full product lifecycle management, from concept to market.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate market and user needs into technical user stories.
  • Experience directly leading projects and teams with a focus on innovation and driving transformation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
