Carrier's Commercial HVAC Strategic Accounts organization identifies improvement opportunities and provides actional insights to deliver better customer outcomes in health, safety, efficiency, and occupant experience.
We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to drive performance to plan across our Equipment, ALC and Service lines. Key job duties include but are not limited to:
Meet and/or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly team and company sales targets.
Select, manage, coach and develop a high performing team of sales associates.
Monitor productivity of associates and generate reports. Monitor call volume to ensure service levels are attained.
Answer questions and recommend solutions to address customer complaints.
Provide communication and follow up to ensure associates are fully informed of all new information related to products, procedures, customer needs and company related issues, changes or actions.
Study and standardize procedures to improve function efficiency.
Create and maintain a winning culture among
Develop and maintain interdepartmental partnerships to resolve customer issues.
Qualifications:
HVAC experience or knowledge of HVAC designs preferred.
Proven ability to influence and work effectively across all levels of the organization.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail while also able to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across a broad audience. This includes the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical teams.
Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Excellent project management skills and execution
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Sales/Marketing, or related discipline with 8+ years experience preferred
Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Sales/Marketing, or related discipline with 5+ years experience preferred
