This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Inside Sales in the United States.
This role leads and develops a high-performing inside sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving quotas, and delivering exceptional customer engagement. You will manage day-to-day operations, oversee sales strategies, and coach team members to maximize performance and career growth. The position requires close collaboration with leadership, cross-functional teams, and sales representatives to ensure efficient territory execution and pipeline management. This is a hands-on management role that blends strategic oversight with active coaching, process optimization, and team engagement in a fast-paced technology sales environment. Success in this role will directly contribute to company growth, customer satisfaction, and team development.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 6–8 inside sales representatives and/or team leads, fostering a positive and motivated sales environment.
  • Oversee team performance against quotas, forecasts, and sales objectives, implementing operating plans to ensure targets are met.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales staff to improve skills, drive engagement, and achieve measurable results.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, CRM usage, and pipeline management to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with management on territory planning, sales execution, and process improvements.
  • Drive revenue growth and contribute to overall business expansion by ensuring the team meets or exceeds goals.
  • Requirements:
  • 3+ years of inside sales management or supervisory experience, ideally in technology or software sales.
  • Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing inside sales teams to exceed targets.
  • Experience in high-volume, transactional sales and more complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels in a matrix organization.
  • Familiarity with virtualization, storage technologies, or software solutions is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

  • Competitive total target compensation (OTE) range: USD $151,500–$281,400, including base and performance-based bonus.
