About the Role:
Are you a manager looking to work with an experienced leadership team whose passion for technical management is equaled only by their commitment to quality software development? Then look no further!
The Integrations Team develops and supports Invoca's custom webhooks, the library of turnkey integrations (for systems like Google Analytics, Salesforce, Slack) and a variety of real-time interfaces that enable Invoca's customers to communicate with their prospects and customers in real-time. The Integrations Team is focused on building both out-of-the box integration solutions and an extensible platform for our larger customers, to help advance their business goals.
The Integrations Team Manager facilitates this work, mentors and scales the team, increasing the utility and stability of these systems to better support our internal teams, developers and Invoca's customers.

About the Role:

The Integrations Team Manager facilitates this work, mentors and scales the team, increasing the utility and stability of these systems to better support our internal teams, developers and Invoca's customers.
You Have:
- Experience leading in a SaaS engineering group
- A track record of leading technical projects, maintaining features in production, and solid prioritization with a customer focused mindset
- Previous experience working closely with Product Management in an agile continuous deployment environment
- Experience mentoring, coaching and growing software engineers
- Experience with service ownership, ideally with a large number of active customers
To be successful in this role you should have some of the following:
- Knowledge of Test Driven Development and Service Oriented Architecture
- Experience creating elegant, scalable, and maintainable products and tools
- Experience with some of our core technologies like Ruby, Python, and GraphQL
- Practical (not necessarily professional) experience working with middleware vendors like Boomi, Workato, Mulesoft, Zapier, etc.
- Experience with with Internet advertising platforms like Google Adwords is very useful
- Experience working with databases through SQL or language abstraction like Ruby's Active Records is very useful
- Experience working message based systems like Kafka is very useful

- Position Base Range - $151,000.00 - $203,500.00/ plus bonus potential
