Manager, International Tax Compliance

A global power company in Northern Virginia is seeking an International Tax Compliance Manager for oversight of returns and provision analysis for all of the businesses' respective global regions. Responsibilities will range from reviewing returns (Forms 5471, 8858, and 8865) to oversight of analysis projects including OFL calculations, E&P studies, and other assignments related to international tax regulations. At least five to seven years of direct tax experience is required, a Masters and/or CPA are highly desirable, along with solid exposure to international tax planning and compliance.
