POSITION: Manager, IT

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Baxter Healthcare Corporation is seeking a Manager, IT with the following duties:

• An IT professional responsible for the feasibility, analysis, detailed design and implementation of solutions based on business, technology, and regulatory need;
• Lead and manage the overall delivery of the technical solutions and resources, including the supporting technical validation testing and documentation;
• Participate with all levels of the business and function management team to analyze and make decisions that have cross functional business impact.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field plus 5 years of related experience
• Will accept any level of experience in the following skills:
  • Perform analysis, design, and implementation of LabVantage LIMS software;
  • Perform analysis, design, and implementation of Cognos reports and Tableau Reports;
  • Author and modify software documentation, including User Requirement Specifications (URS), Functional Specifications (FS), Configuration Specification (CS), Validation Master Plan (VMP), Validation Final Report (VFR), Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and Risk Management Report (RMR) documents;
  • Author, execute and review IQ, OQ, and PQ validation test cases and track defect reports using Micro Focus Application Management/Quality Center (ALM/QC) tool;
  • Create Project Plan, risks and issues logs, communication plans and management of all validation deliverables;
  • Create and manage software enhancement requests and bugs using Jira tool;
  • Create Change Controls and perform Risk Assessment following FMEA.
• 100% remote position. Can live anywhere in the U.S. 5% international and domestic travel required.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base salary range of $120,328 - $168,000 plus an annual incentive bonus. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
