Modivcare is looking for an experience IT Field Services Technician Manager. You will will be responsible for leading a team of 7-10 Field Service Technicians. This position will report directly to the Director of Field and NOC services and will assist managing the day-to-day operations of the Field Service team and will be responsible for providing technology guidance and assistance to staff members and senior corporate staff members. Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the department in developing and implementing new procedures, tools, and methodologies for the delivery of IT services to the enterprise.

  • Manage the day-to-day activities for the IT Field System Support technicians.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the IT Field System Support technicians.
  • Mentor employees in the group and provide yearly written reviews.
  • Assist in the development of short- and long-term plans for the end user computer environment.
  • Support and implement field service plans and objectives for Technical Service repairs, preventive maintenance, reporting and training.
  • Develop and integrate IT Field System Support project plans.
  • Provide insight and recommendations for the development and maintenance of corporate policies and procedures related to information technology.
  • Assist in the specification of equipment, procurement, and services to maintain the company's network, server, and computer system infrastructure.
  • Travel and provide off hours support in order to maintain critical business operations.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of a Field System Support Policies and Procedures Manual.
  • Coordinate with other company offices to assist them in supporting and administering their local client applications.
  • Coordinate activities with the Field System Support and Regional offices to ensure a minimum of system or client downtime.
  • Performs staff scheduling to ensure Field Services coverage during normal business hours and on-call support as required

We are excited to speak to someone with the following...
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 5 years' support services experience in IT Help Desk and/or Desktop Support operations troubleshooting PC, peripheral, and network issues.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • Experience with Windows OS, O365 and Mobile Device Mgmt.
  • Basic programming for control systems (PowerShell scripting)
  • ITIL v3 or v4 certification preferred.
  • 2+ years ServiceNow Experience working within the ITSM module.
  • 5+ years in an enterprise IT environment following ITIL best practices and company policies.

Salary: $ 81,000.00 - 111,400.00/annually
Bonus eligible based upon company and individual performance.
