Make a Difference

The Manager IT Operations is responsible for a wide variety of business and financial functions related to the successful operation of the Information Technology Department as this position frequently communicates with all business entities of Community Health Network. This position also is responsible for all financial reporting for our external customers. This position will provide financial analysis of existing and proposed programs, prepare ROI calculations for capital projects, and own other projects as assigned. The Manager IT Operations is responsible for the planning and coordination of accounting and reporting and directly supervises the team involved in those functions.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should demonstrate the ability to analyze data involving many different variables and convert it to actionable information.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • 5 + years of experience in IT operations with accounting or financial management is required.
  • Adaptable to a variety of situations, change, and new learning.
  • Motivates and leads a high-performing team.
  • Collaborates and builds effective relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Can communicate complex/technical information effectively.
  • Communicate effectively through public speaking PowerPoint, dashboards, visualizations, and/or other presentation formats.
