Manager, IT Operations
Evolus is a performance beauty company with a customer-centric approach focused on delivering breakthrough products. We are seeking an IT Operations Manager to join our dynamic Technology team. The IT Operations Manager will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and management of IT operations for the company, which includes providing end-user support, and ensuring the availability and reliability of infrastructure systems and networks. You will help develop and ensure the execution of SOX ITGC processes are consistently adhered to for full compliance.
Let's talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT Operations team to include network and systems administration and end-user support
- Supervise and ensure effective and consistent execution of IT processes, specifically SOX IT General Controls to ensure full compliance, as well as optimize efficiency, productivity, and overall customer service
- Transition, manage and support access provisioning, deprovisioning, and change management controls for all SOX in-scope systems
- Explore and act on opportunities to automate and streamline IT processes (e.g., access and device provisioning, deprovisioning) to improve consistency and operational effectiveness
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes to improve IT operations and increase efficiency and productivity
- Evaluate and implement technical enhancements to improve IT infrastructure and support organization's business goals
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities
- Manage vendor relationships and assist with contract negotiations to improve their service level while maintaining budgetary objectives
- Assist with developing and managing IT budgets
- Coach and mentor junior-level team members and serve as the technical point of contact for advance and complex issues
- Work closely with Director, IT Operations to develop technical standards, service level agreements and operational metrics
- Work closely with Cybersecurity team to ensure endpoints are secure and fully compliant with policy and technical standards
Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field
- 5-7 years IT experience with emphasis in desktop support and IT infrastructure
- Must have experience implementing, managing, or supporting SOX IT general controls
- Strong leadership skills and experience supervising team of IT professionals
- Highly desirable: Amazon (AWS), Microsoft (M365), and ITIL certifications
- Strong hands-on experience with M365 to include Azure AD, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Intune
- Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, to include but not limited to cloud computing (Azure, AWS), computer operating systems (Mac, Windows, Linux), MDM (Jamf, Intune), network devices (Cisco, Meraki), virtual infrastructure (VMware), and ITSM platform (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- Proven experience managing a service desk or support team, defining and managing SLAs and performance metrics, and managing customer satisfaction surveys
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with audience at all levels within the organization
- A strong business sense to logically think through problems and deliver a balanced approach
- Ability to multitask and manage concurrent priorities
- Dedicated and fast-moving. You're known to operate with passion, urgency, focus, and discipline
- Results oriented and a self-starter. You love to exceed set goals and take on new projects

Compensation & Total Rewards
The expected pay range for this position is $112,600 to $146,340. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.
