Our first office opened in New York City in 2016 and since then have rapidly expanded through organic growth and acquisitions, with additional hubs in Philadelphia, Dallas and Boston. Our US team started with 30 consultants, with a current team of around 120 we have strong ambitions to grow our US team to 1000 consultants by 2025.

Job Description

  • Work with teams in the business lines, functional teams, and technology departments of Wavestone’s clients from strategy definition to implementation;
  • Accurately analyze work processes, systems, organizational functions and structures using interviews, data, statistical analysis and techniques to determine where and how to generate measurable benefits and to improve overall organizational management;
  • Perform accurate assessment and effective diagnosis of client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels;
  • Formalize written and oral feedback, presentation materials, systems documentation, process descriptions, evaluations, data summaries and reports that are deliverable to Wavestone’s clients;
  • Develop innovative solutions and work closely with Wavestone clients and project management to ensure effective impact;
  • Train and assist clients in the effective use of management systems, tools, techniques, group problem-solving, and team-building;
  • Prepare and run 1-on-1 informational interviews with Wavestone clients and stakeholders;
  • Communicate and coordinate efforts within the client’s environment;
  • Contribute to Wavestone’s business development (i.e. proposals, market offers, white papers, etc.) and internal initiatives (i.e. recruitment, training, social events, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Social Science;
  • 2 years of previous work experience in consulting, business analyst, or related position;
  • Experience should include Project experience in transformation engagements, i.e. strategy definition, target operating model definition, pre/post-merger integration, human capital optimization, vendor selection, operations reengineering, and outsourcing;
  • 2 years of experience in leadership role managing a team of at least 5 subordinates.

  • Requires travel within the U.S.
  • Compensation package: $181,500 annual salary plus 16% target bonus
