Manager IV, Financial Analysis - (M4)
Job Description
Role Profile:
- Oversight and active management of 3-4 analysts supporting Worldwide Operations Spending. Accountable for the performance and results of the team.
- The Team is responsible for forecasting and reporting of spending and capital within World Wide Operations.
- This includes support for quarterly financial cycles, labor reporting/utilization analysis, manufacturing variances, capital budgeting and balance sheet reviews.
- Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products and services along with overall Center of Excellence.
- Lead contributor/consolidator to key financial forecast/close cycles, including ownership of task accuracy and data integrity
- Lead process changes as leader within the North America Center of Excellence.
- Partner with business management and operational team to align analysis and forecasts and influence outcomes
- Ad Hoc projects as needed as subject matter expert supporting Worldwide Operations Finance VP
- Actively participate in the Agile Digital initiatives including implementations and testing
- Adapts business unit, department, site or sub-function plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
- Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business unit, department or sub-function plan; receives guidance from Senior Manager of CoE.
- Working Manager - Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or internal customers.

- Manages and leads activities acts as a direct business partner for matrix support organizations
- Drives subset of functional group within finance focusing on specific projects or regional/local engagements

- Responsible for developing group objectives and process improvement around recurring , standard deliverables
- Manager of business specific activities requiring both process and product knowledge across the enterprise

U.S. Salary Range:
$112,000.00 - $154,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on a number of factors including location and level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
