Manager, Justice Systems (Remote within Washington)
Job Description
Responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of assigned justice system programs
Establish collaborative working relationships with Justice System partners aimed at improving processes and cross-system development efforts
Identify opportunities to improve the system and reduce the number of members involved in the Justice System, implement programs to achieve those opportunities
Promote and support the implementation of Evidenced Based Practices
Establish baseline data and facilitate program data collecting and reporting; analyze data and measure outcomes
Monitor provider Jail Liaison staff coordination of care efforts and provide technical assistance to improve coordination efforts
Conduct regular Jail Liaison meetings to identify barriers and solutions to problems
Provide training and technical consultation to the treating providers in the jail, the pretrial services division of the court, probation officers, the public defenders, prosecuting attorneys, local law enforcement, and community treating providers
Participate in or lead cross-functional leadership teams and quality improvement initiatives to problem solve system issues that include the full spectrum of the justice system
Educate courts regarding policies and procedures related to referrals, website education, and problem solving processes
Coordinate projects to identify root cause analysis and propose systems resolution
Oversee the responsibilities of the C-IC Jail & Criminal Court Liaisons and the Specialty Court & Justice System Liaisons
Design, develop, implement and manage new and existing justice population programs and community re-entry initiatives to improve member outcomes. Oversee and support the development, implementation and expansion of programs for justice involved members to promote member compliance with court requirements, reduction in recidivism and coordination of care for members involved in the criminal justice system.
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. Master's degree in related field preferred. 5+ years of related experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
Pay range: $82,600 to $148,700 per year
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. The employee may be eligible for bonuses and other forms of compensation.
