Why this role
Evolve is looking for a Manager, Knowledge Management to join our rapidly growing team and help enable teammate success by ensuring the right knowledge is getting to the right people at the right time and in the right ways. The Manager, Knowledge Management will partner with teams across the organization to develop and execute efficient and effective knowledge sharing for all Evolvers. As the Manager, Knowledge Management you will make data-driven decisions to grow our knowledge management team and scale knowledge management strategy across Evolve. This is an exciting role for someone with experience launching and growing knowledge management systems and solutions in a rapidly scaling environment.Â
What you’ll do
- Lead a Knowledge Management team in creating efficient and scalable processes that support the Learning and Enablement team and Evolve as a whole
- Collaborate with L&E and other cross-functional stakeholders to align on holistic knowledge content strategy
- Promote a culture of continuous knowledge sharing, developing sustainable approaches to content generation and information use
- Leverage analytics to evaluate business impact, track the usage and define efficiency of the knowledge base content
- Develop Knowledge Management best practices and scale org-wide
- Oversee Knowledge Management intake and end-to-end project management necessary to satisfy content requests
- Manage Knowledge Management communication channels and messaging across the organization
- Monitor and deliver knowledge metrics including engagement, tool utilization and learning
- Drive adoption and engagement of Knowledge Base
- Support the development of KM strategy to expand externally
- Oversee partnership with Knowledge vendor, Guru
- Identify and stay current with most prevalent and useful approaches – internal and more broadly in the industry - to sharing and accessing knowledge
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of relevant knowledge management or organizational learning experience required; learning and training experience in hospitality, travel, or highly seasonal roles preferredÂ
- 3+ year experience coaching and leading a team
- Experience launching and scaling a knowledge management system from the ground up; content management platform experience a plus
- Proven success bringing order to chaos, streamlining knowledge resources and processes with a clear sense of learner needs and knowledge management best practices
- Excellent writing, interpersonal, and oral communication skills with proven ability to write, edit and organize thoughts in a clear, concise and well-organized manner
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating a sense of urgency and ownership
- Skilled at pulling information from multiple sources and organizing for easy access
- Ability to adapt to change and make necessary recommendationsÂ
- Ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment

LocationÂ
We currently are able to hire throughout the U.S except in the following states: California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New Mexico and Pennsylvania. If you live in Colorado, you can work remotely anywhere in the state, at our downtown Denver office, or a hybrid of both!
Compensation
Annual base salary range: $84,000-$96,000, depending on relevant experience
