As the Manager, Learning Experience, you'll lead ongoing professional growth programs for our dynamic team of Titans. We will rely on your ability to look at our ever-growing talent base and partner with leaders and internal teams to ensure effective training programs are in place for everything from bringing new Titans on board to building the competencies of our leadership team. Adapting easily to change and having comfort with scaling programs for geographic and employee-base growth are skills that will help the right person succeed in this role.
What you'll do:
  • Execute strategy for and provide input into vision for ServiceTitan's overall employee training and development initiatives with the goals of improving overall individual and company performance, developing skills and competencies, and further developing careers. Develops quarterly roadmaps for training and development.
  • Lead the organization's internal learning experience function including (though not limited to): leadership development, compliance training, soft skills development and coaching of leaders and individual-contributors.
  • Have a Customer First mindset in implementing programs, from understanding business needs to applying key stakeholder feedback and delivering effective programs to the business
  • Develop strategy and programming for leadership development, including new manager training and mid-level manager training
  • Establish consistent, scalable content/programs with data-based success measures. Continuously reports on progress and uses data to measure impact to drive new or improvements for existing programs.
  • Design, develop and implement training curricula; develop training programs and collateral (i.e., Web-based courses, instructor-led, job-aids, videos) for delivery in classroom, Web-based, mobile device, and/or blended learning environments.
  • Facilitate training delivery or selects and coaches internal facilitators (train-the-trainer) for program delivery. Prepares leadership as teachers as part of continuous improvement/learning culture.
  • Manage internal training's use of ServiceTitan's Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Partner with HR and leaders across the organization to assess and develop the company's talent via development and facilitation of competency modeling and career pathing, talent assessments and succession planning, and performance and promotions process management.
  • Manage and mentor a global learning team.

What you'll bring:
  • Functional Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Training, Leadership Development, Talent Development / Talent Management, Organizational Development or related field
  • People Leadership: 2+ years of experience managing and developing L&D teams.
  • Programmatic Experience: 4+ years of experience building, launching and managing training programs
  • Systems: Learning Management Systems (Lessonly preferred); New System Administration; Additionally, advanced usage of G-Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Slides) and MSFT Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, etc.).
  • Growth and Scale: Experience leading L&D for high growth companies ranging from 2K-5K employees in scale.

Leadership Skills Required:
  • Customer Centric Business Partnership: Ability to effectively apply stakeholder feedback to deliver effective learning solutions
  • Business Acumen: Ability to translate audit findings, assessments, and gap analysis into recommendable actions to senior staff
  • Execution Orientation: Ability to meet commitments and support change while working independently and staying focused on deadlines

Presentation Skills:
  • Advanced Oral and written communication skills; Ability to work directly with leadership; Public Speaking/Facilitating

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $102,000 - $147,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
