Job Description
The Manager, Learning and Business Strategy is responsible for developing and facilitating learning program solutions relevant to the commercial business needs supported by Lending Support managers and employees. This position requires an understanding of adult learning principles, effective coaching skills, and the ability to adapt to and manage a variety of learning styles while monitoring learner progress. This position demonstrates strong communication and leadership skills with a high level of business acumen and effective collaboration with multiple teams and subject matter experts. Learning and Business Strategy creates and maintains procedures, curriculum, and measurements of knowledge and practice to support business strategies and accelerate employee development for quality output and optimal customer service. This role provides recommendations on best practices and continuous improvement in order to drive business results, enhance the employee experience, and ensure alignment with BOKF Commercial goals and policies.

Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in a related field of study and 8-10 years of directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
