TEAM OVERVIEW
The Braze L&D Team mission is to foster and facilitate learning with the purpose of growth. We believe that learning is rooted in application, inclusive, an ongoing journey and courageous.Â
The L&D Team reports directly to the VP of People at Braze—this ensures alignment and ongoing collaboration to help support our teams and develop, drive, and support key initiatives across the company. This role will report to the Director of Learning & Development.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are currently seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join our growing team. You will be part of building and delivering high-quality training and development experiences for Braze. This role is an exciting opportunity to make an impact on our daily and long-term people enablement strategy. You will partner with our existing Learning & Development team who are passionate about creating meaningful and impactful learning experiences to continue to evolve the people-based learning resources and programs for our entire organization! This role can be remote in the US or associated with any of our US offices, and reports to the Director of Learning & Development. You will be part of a forward-thinking and creative global People Team.
- Collaborate with L&D team members to evolve and facilitate professional development programs such a Insights Communication workshop, career development, and feedback sessions
- Design, develop and deliver a robust professional development programs in partnership with L&D Director
- Develop content for classroom training, web-hosted training, and on-demand e-learning
- Partner with subject matter experts across the organization for training content
- Develop and maintain training curriculum and calendar
- Report and track training progress
- Continuously evaluate effectiveness of training programs and adapt as needed
 WHO YOU ARE
- You have demonstrated experience in program management and facilitating human-centered learning experiences that are based on People Science/organizational development theory and Adult Learning Theory, with recommended experience of approximately 5+ years
- You have some experience as a people manager
- You are passionate about helping adult learners develop their professional development skills
- You pay attention to detail and have strong project management skills
- You build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
- You are an engaging public speaker with a strong presence
Ideally, You'll Also Have
- Experience with Learning Management Systems.
- Experience working with startups and global organizations preferred.
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $103,500 and $117,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $115,000 and $130,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
